Delivery time, Return, Replacement and Refund

We deliver orders within 7 days from the ordering Date, using Blue Dart and Delhivery courier services.

Return and Replacement policy.

We replace items in case of:

• Design Inaccuracy
• Wrong Product
• Wrong Size
• Wrong Colours

In the above cases, please follow the given procedure below, to return:

1. Inform us via email (contact-us@limenlimpid.com) or WhatsApp (+91-9830827761) about your grievance related to the product, along with photos and images, within 48 hours of receiving the item.

2. Our Team will get back to you within 24 hours and take further details. 

3. Please fold and pack your product, we will have it picked up by our logistics partner.

4. On completion of the above process we shall ship you a replacement product within 7 days.

Refund: In case of delivery delay beyond 7 days, we will process a full refund post return of the product. For steps to return, please refer to the previous section.
